Wild Mushroom Saute

4 tbsp butter or margarine

3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

1 lb white mushrooms, cut into thin slices

2 pkgs (4 oz each) wild mushrooms

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper

1 cup loosely packed fresh parsley leaves,
coarsely chopped

In nonstick skillet, melt margarine over medium high heat.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds, stirring. Add mushrooms,

salt and pepper; cook, uncovered, 15 minutes or until mushrooms

are browned, stirring frequently. Stir in parsley to serve.
