Warm Holiday Punch

Your guests will love this.

2 cups cranberry juice cocktail

7 cups water

2/3 cups sugar

2 4-inch cinnamon sticks

1 Tbsp cloves

1 Tbsp allspice

46 oz can pineapple juice

12 oz can frozen red fruit punch, concentrate

6 oz container frozen orange juice concentrate, divided

Combine cranberry juice, water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.

Tie spices in cheesecloth; add to cranberry juice mixture. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and discard spice bag. Stir in pineapple juice, punch and half of

orange juice. Heat through; serve warm. Makes one gallon.

Note: I have made this using SPLENDA brand sugar substitute and low

sugar cranberry juice concentrate. It really helps if you are watching those

calories, around the holidays !!
