Warm Goat Cheese and Salsa Spread

4 oz log of goat cheese

3 oz cream cheese

1/4 cup pine nuts

1 cup medium, hot, or specialty salsa of your choice

Blend goat cheese and cream cheese. Stir in pine nuts.

Shape the mixture into a disk. Place in a baking dish. Pour

salsa on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or

until warm. Serve with crackers.
