Teriyaki Moose
Marinate cubes or strips of meat (round, sirloin, etc.) in a mixture of:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp white sugar
Dash garlic powder
1 tsp ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Let the meat stand in sauce for several hours in a cool place.
Broil over charcoals or in an oven. Delicious, cooked with vegetables
as kebobs.
