Tamale Pork Pie

1/2 cup olive oil

2 lbs ground pork

2 large onions, chopped

1/4 cup yellow cornmeal

1/4 cup milk

1 lb can whole kernel corn, drained

1 lb can tomatoes, undrained

2 tbsp chili powder

8 oz can pitted black olives, drained and sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 3 quart casserole. Heat oil in a

large skillet; saute pork and onions for 15 minutes. Stir in corn meal and milk;

mix well. Stir in corn, tomatoes, and chili powder. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in olives; turn into casserole. Bake in oven for 1 hour.
