Sweet and Sour Moose
1 1/2 pounds round, sirloin or flank steak, cut in bite size pieces
1 large green pepper, cut in strips
1 1/2 cups diced celery
2 tbsp butter
1 can beef bouillon
2 cups crushed pineapple
5 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup corn syrup
5 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water
Brown meat in a small amount of fat and cook until done. In the meantime.
Saute pepper and celery in butter about 10 minutes. Add next 6 ingredients
and simmer 10 minutes. Mix cornstarch and water and stir into above mixture.
Cook slowly until thick. Add meat and serve on rice.
