Striped Bass Parmesan

2 lbs striped bass fillets

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp green onion, sliced

1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking dish with non stick

cooking spray. Cut fillets into serving size portions; arrange in a

single layer in dish. Combine sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon

juice, green onions and hot pepper sauce in a small bowl; spread on

fish. Sprinkle fish lightly with paprika

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Garnish with

parsley. Serves 6
