Shrimp Salad

1 1/2 cups chopped cooked shrimp

1 cup chopped celery

2/3 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp low fat yogurt

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp freshly cracked pepper

Combine shrimp, celery, cranberries, pecans,

parsley, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, salt

and pepper in a large mixing bowl.

Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serves 4
