Shrimp Macaroni Salad

1/2 pound macaroni or shells

8 oz cooked shrimp, drained

1 medium tomato, diced

1 small onion, diced

2 hard cooked eggs, diced

1 tbsp seafood seasoning

1/4 tsp garlic salt

3/4 cup mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl, toss

together all ingredients. Cover and chill before serving. Yield: 3-4 servings.

Note: For a change, sometimes I use crabmeat instead of shrimp.
