Savory Roast Sheep
1 leg of sheep
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp rosemary
Clean and wipe meat with a damp cloth. Cut small slits
in the meat and insert slivers of the garlic into them.
Mix salt and rosemary and rub into meat. Roast in a slow
oven (325 degrees) 30 minutes per pound. Serve with a caper sauce.
For an extra delicious treat, place prepared meat on your
barbecue spit. Roast until the internal temperature reaches
180 degrees.
