Rice Mingle
1 cup wild rice, washed
1 cup long grain white rice
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp minced onion
4 cups chicken broth
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Combine rice, onion and soy sauce in a 2 quart casserole dish. Add chicken
broth to casserole, along with mushrooms and almonds. Cover and bake in
a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 15 minutes more.
Makes 8 servings.
