Rhubarb Nut Bread

 

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup white sugar

2/3 cups oil

2 eggs

1 cup sour milk

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cup diced rhubarb

2 1/2 cups flour

1/2 cups nuts

Beat eggs; add oil. Beat in sugars. Add vanilla. Alternately

add flour, soda and salt with sour milk. Stir in rhubarb and nuts.

Pour into 8x4 loaf pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
