Reduced Fat Artichoke Dip

1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream

2 garlic cloves, chopped

2 (9 0z) packages frozen artichoke hearts

1/2 cup fresh parsley

3 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 half cup lite mayonnaise

Prepare artichokes in the microwave as directed on the package. Drain and cool for 10 minutes.

Pulse artichokes, parsley and garlic in food processor until finely chopped. Add lemon juice; luse until blended.

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan and salt in a bowl; add artichoke mixture and stir to combine. Serve with crackers and veggies.
