Raspberry Jam

2 cups raspberries

3 cups sugar

3 tbsp lemon juice

3 oz liquid pectin

Put raspberries in a large pot; bring to a boil. Stir occasionally. Boil

over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir in sugar and lemon juice; boil for

3 minutes. Bring to a full rolling boil; pour in pectin. Boil for 30 minutes.

Pour into hot sterilized jars; seal at once.
