Quick and Easy Christmas Cookies
1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 cup butter, softened
8 oz chream cheese, softened
powdered sugar
In a large microwave safe bowl, microwave the butter and cream cheese until
very soft. Mix in the cake mix. Roll into 12 inch balls and put on a baking
sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Sprinkle warm cookies with
powdered sugar. Makes 4 dozen cookies
