Potato Salad with Dill
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
4-5 cups cooked sliced potatoes
1/2 cup finely minced onion
4-6 hard cooked eggs, sliced
In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, dill, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Add the cooked potatoes, onion and eggs; toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill.
Garnish with additional dill if desired
