Plum Jam
36 prune plums
1 orange quartered and seeded
Sugar.
Pit plums; do not peel. Put plums and orange through medium blade of meat grinder,
or chop with food processor. Measure pulp into large pot; add equal amount of sugar.
Cook over low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil; boil stirring
occasionally, for 10 minutes, or to jelly stage. (220 degrees).
Pour into hot sterilized jars; seal at once.
