Pistachio Two Layer Cake
Cake:
1 box white cake mix
1 small box instant pistachio pudding
3 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup club soda
1 cup pecans or walnuts
Topping:
1 large box Dream Whip Whipped topping
1 large box instant Pistachio pudding
1 1/3 cups cold milk
Combine all ingredients except nuts. Beat for 2 minutes. Preheat oven to
350 degrees. Blend in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured baking pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until done.
Topping: Beat ingredients together until very thick. Spread on cool cake.
