Nutty Chocolate Squares

1/3 cup instant coffee powder

1/4 cup boiling water

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 cup butter

1 cup packed dark brown sugar

1 egg

1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped

1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

2 ounces white baking chocolate, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 13x9x2 inch baking pan with

nonstick cooking spray. In another bowl, dissolve coffee powder

in boiling water. In a larger bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt

and baking soda. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and egg

on medium speed until creamy. On low speed, beat in flour mixture,

alternating with the coffee. Stir in the walnuts. Spread in prepared pan.

Bake in 350 degree oven 25 minutes, until wooden pick inserted in

center comes out clean. Sprinkle mini chips over top. Bake 1 minute.

Remove from oven; spread melted chips evenly over top. Cool in pan on

wire rack. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Drizzle with white chocolate
