Moose Steak
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 lb moose steak
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped mushrooms
Melt butter in a large skillet; saute onions for 5 minutes. Turn heat to high
and add steak to skillet, sear quickly on both sides. Cover; cook over low heat
for 30 minutes. Blend flour and sour cream in small bowl; add along with mushrooms
to skillet; cover; simmer for 20 minutes longer. Stir occasionally.
