Lobster Bisque
¼ cup each finely chopped onion and celery
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp butter flavored salt
¼ tsp paprika
Dash of white pepper
4 cups milk
1 can (14 oz) lobster, coarsely chopped (reserve liquid)
Pat of butter Combine first two ingredients with ¼ cup of juice from
lobster in a saucepan. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Add remaining ingredients, except lobster; mix well. Simmer
Until thick, stirring constantly. Fold in lobster. Heat to serving
temperature. Add pat of butter. Serves 6
