Laura's Stuffed Mushrooms

24 large fresh mushrooms

1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs

1/4 cup dairy sour cream

2 tbsp melted butter

2 tbsp chopped green onions

1 tbsp dry sherry

1 (6 oz) can crabmeat, drained

1 tsp dijon mustard

Several dashes Tabasco sauce

8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Steam mushrooms, remove stems. Add all other ingredients together,

then fold in crabmeat. Fill mushrooms, put in a baking dish, sprinkle

with cheese. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until cheese is

melted and mushrooms are warm.
