Lamb and Mushrooms

 

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp grated onion

3 oz can whole mushrooms

1/2 cup lamb gravy

1 cup diced roast lamb

1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dry sherry

Hot mashed potaotes

Melt butter in a skillet; saute onion until golden. Stir in mushrooms, lamb gravy and lamb.

Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in cheese and

sherry. Serve with potatoes.
