Italian Garden Soup
1 large onion
2 Tbsp butter
2 cans chicken broth
1 1/2 cup diced celery
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 (16 1/2) can Italian style tomatoes
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 small zucchini, cut up
1 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add other ingredients and simmer until
vegetables are tender. Any other garden vegetables may be added to taste.
Great low calorie soup.
