Hot Chile Cheese Dip

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 slices bacon, cut into small pieces

1 (15 1/2 oz) can chili with beans

1 (10 oz) can tomatoes with chiles

1 lb or your favorite cheese, or a mixture of
Monterey Jack, Cheddar, etc., cubed

 

Saute onion and bacon in saucepan until onion is tender.

Stir in cheese cubes, chili, and tomatoes; cook until bubbly,

stirring well. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Make sure to serve right away
