Hamburger Stew

2 pounds ground beef

1 onion, chopped

2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

3 tbsp steak sauce

2 (28 oz) cans crushed tomatoes

6 potatoes diced

6 carrots, thinly sliced

2 stalks celery, thinly sliced

Brown ground beef in a large Dutch oven, stirring to break up

meat. Add onion and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook over low heat

for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
