Guacamole Dip
2 ripe avocados
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 tablespoon grated onion
3 dashes of hot pepper sauce (optional)
Peel and mash the avocados. Add the salt and lemon juice.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper, and onion.
Add the hot pepper sauce, if desired. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 1/2 cups
