Grilled Lobster with Ginger Sauce
4 tbsp sesame oil, divided
2 tbsp minced fresh ginger, divided
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 (6oz) lobster tails
3/4 tsp dry mustard
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Combine 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp ginger, salt and pepper
in a small bowl. Drizzle over lobster tails; cover and refrigerate
30 minutes.
Combine remaining 2 tbsp sesame oil, remaining ginger, dry
mustard, soy sauce and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray, Preheat to medium.
Grill lobster tails, meat side down, 2-3 minutes. Turn tails over
and grill 5-8 minutes more, basting with sauce. Remove from grill
and serve with remaining sauce. Serves 4
