Grapenut Pudding
1 cup milk
1/3 cup grapenut cereal
3 eggs beaten
1 cup additional milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Soak the grapenuts in the first cup of milk until cereal has softened.
Mix all the other ingredients together into the softened cereal.
Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Place the baking dish in a pan 1/2 filled with water.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle
comes out clean.
