Grape Jam

4 pounds concord grapes

1 cup waters

3 oranges

4 lbs sugar

1 lb seedless raisins

Put grapes and water in a large pot; bring to a boil. Cook over medium

heat for 20 minutes. Force grapes and juice through a sieve to remove seeds.

Rinse pot; return grape juice, pulp and skin to pot. Meanwhile, grate oranges;

squeeze juice. Add rind and juice to pot. Stir in sugar and raisins; cook over

medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil;

cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, or until thickened. Stirring constantly.

Pour into sterilized jars and seal at once.
