Garlic Pepper Sauce
served over pasta
12 oz olive oil
18 large clove garlic, chopped
3 dried hot red peppers, sliced
3-4 tbsp salt (optional)
12 oz chicken broth
1 tsp thyme
In a saucepan, saute the garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Stir in peppers (and
salt if desired). Gradually stir in chicken broth and add thyme.
Toss the sauce with hot cooked pasta and serve.
