Fudgy Brownie Cups

1/2 package (17 1/4oz) Pepperidge Farm
frozen puff pastry sheets ( 1 sheet)

4 squares unsweetened chocolate

1/4 cup butter or margarine

3/4 cups sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp flour

Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature 30 minutes. Heat oven to 400 degrees

Microwave chocolate and margarine in a microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 minute

or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir

in sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour.

Unfold each pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Roll into a 15" x 12"

rectangle. Cut into 20 3" squares. Press 1 square into bottom of 3 inch

muffin cups. Spoon about 1 tbsp chocolate mixture into center of each pastry

square. Bake 15-20 minutes or until pastry is golden. Remove from muffin pans.

Cool on wire racks. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.

Reduce the fat in this recipe by using low or not fat butter substitute.

Also you can use SPLENDA brand sugar substitute for the
granulated sugar
