Fried Salmon Patties
2 cans (14 ¾ oz size) pink salmon
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic salt
1 cup chopped onions
4 eggs
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into 10-12 patties and fry until
medium brown in a lightly oiled skillet. Drain on paper towels. Serves 4
