Fettuccine Alfredo

1/2 package fettuccine, uncooked

1/3 cup softened butter

3/4 cup whipping cream, at room temperature

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp white pepper

Dash gound nutmeg

Coarse ground pepper

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

IN a dutch oven prepare fettuccine accouding to package directions.

Drain. Remove from heat. In the same pan, combine hot fettuccine and butter,

toss to coat. Add one half of the cream, toss well, Add one half of the Parmesan

cheese, toss well. Add remaining cream, Parmesan cheese, salt,

pepper and nutmeg, tossing well until noodles are

coated and creamy. Arrange in a warm serving dish. Serve

immediately with pepper and Parmesan cheese.
