Easy and Quick Brownies
3/4 cup butter
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
3 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
2 cups sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave chocolate and butter in a large
microwave safe bowl, until melted. Stir until chocolate is completely
melted. Stir in sugar until well blended. Stir in egg and vanilla, mix
well then add flour until well blended. Spread in a greased 13 x 9 inch
baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center
comes out with fudgy crumbs. Do not overbake. Cool completely and
cut into squares. Makes about 24 fudgy brownies. For cake like brownies,
add 1/2 cup of milk with the eggs and increase flour to 1 1/2 cups.
