Dirt Cake

1 package Oreo cookies

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese

1/2 stick butter

1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

1 pkg vanilla instant pudding

4 cups milk

8 oz Cool Whip

In a seperate bowl, crush 1 bag Oreos or other chocolate

sandwich cookies. Mix all of the other ingredients in a

second bowl.

Pour 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of a new

clay flower pot, lined with aluminum foil or waxed paper, then layer

the crushed Oreo cookie crumbs; alternate layers until the

top consists of the oreo cookie crumbs, resembling dirt or gravel.

For additional effedts, add artificial flowers and for childeren's parties,

don't forget to partially bury gummy worms in the "dirt". Use a new

garden trowel to dish up this dessert.
