Cranberry Stuffing

1 can chicken broth (1 3/4 cup)

1 stalk of celery , coarsely chopped

Generous dash of pepper

1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

1 small onion chopped coarsely

4 cups herb seasoned stuffing

Mix broth, pepper, celery, cranberries and onion in a

saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat

5 minutes. Add stuffing. Mix lightly. Serves 5
