Country Turkey Casserole

1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of celery soup

1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of potato soup

1 cup milk

1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed

1/8 tsp ground black pepper

4 cups cooked, cut up vegetables

2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken

1 1/2 cups water

4 tbsp butter or margarine

4 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix

Mix soups, milk, thyme, black pepper, vegetables and turkey in a 3

quart shallow baking pan. Heat water and margarine to a boil in medium

saucepan over high heat Add stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon stuffing over

turkey mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot.
