Chili Mole

 

1 lb lean ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

1 package Tex-Mex chili seasoning mix

1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes, undrained

1 can (15 oz) spicy chili beans, undrained

1 oz unsweetened backing chocolate,
coarsely chopped

Spray a 4-5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In a 10 inch

skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until

beef is thoroughly cooked, drain.

In the cooker, mix beef mixture and remaining and remaining ingredients.

Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4-6 hours. Stir well before serving.
