4 tbsp steak sauce
3/4 cup margarine
2 cup dried breadcrumbs
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, toss wings, ketchup and steak sauce.
In skillet, melt margarine over low heat. Stir in bread crumbs, chili powder, salt and oregano.
Remove from heat. Roll wings, one at a time in crumb mixture until coated.
Place breaded wings on wire rack over foil lined cookie pan. Bake wings 30-40 minutes or until crispy and browned.
Serve hot or cold. Note: reduce the sugar in this recipe by substituting Splenda brand sugar substitute cup for cup.
You can also reduce the fat by replacing butter or margarine with a low or no fat substitute
