Chicken Pesto

3 cups hot cooked pasta

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts,
cut in halves

1 jar chicken gravy

1/4 cup water

2 tbsp prepared pesto sauce

2 tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook until browned on both sides.

Cover, continue cooking 6-8 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from skillet,

keep warm. Combine gravy, water, pesto and lemon juice in same skillet. Heat until bubbly,

stirring occasionally. To serve, place chicken on hot pasta; spoon sauce over chicken and

sprinkle with cheese.
