Chicken Delicious

6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 frying chicken, cup up

1 lb sweet Italian sausage links, cut up

1/4 cup vegetable oil

Arrange potatoes in a large shallow 3 quart casserole. Mix seasonings

and sprinkle half of the mixture over the potatoes. Arrange chicken and

sausage on top. Pour oil over and sprinkle with remaining seasonings.

Cover and bake for 1 hour in a 425 degree oven. Uncover and bake at 375

for an additional 30 minutes, or until the chicken is nicely browned. Serves 6
