Chicken and Spinach Manicotti

1 large (8 oz; 14 count) manicotti shells, cooked
and drained

1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 15 oz container ricotta cheese

1 10 oz pkg frozen choppe spinach cooked
according to package directions

1 1/4 cups half and half

1/2 cup plain bread crumbs

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1 14 oz jar marinara sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine chicken, ricotta cheese, spinach,

1/2 cup half and half, bread crumbs, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.

Mix well. Stuff chicken mixture into manicotti; place in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

Combine marinara sauce and remaining 3/4 half and half, pour over manicotti.

Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
