Chicken and Chipolte Salsa Dip

1 store bought rotisserie chicken

Chipolte Salsa

Avocadeo slices

2 tbsp fresh minced cilantro

Shred the meat from the chicken, mix with enough salsa to

make a dip consistency. Spoon into a chafing dish and keep

warm at a low setting. Arrange thin avocado slices on top. Finish

with a sprinkling of cilantro.

Serve with thick and firm tortilla chips
