Cheddar Parmesan Potatoes

5 cups peeled, sliced, cooked potatoes
(about 5 medium)

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup butter

2 cups milk

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs

In a saucepan, melt butter, over low heat. Stir in flour until smooth.

Gradually add milk; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.

Remove from heat. Add the salt, Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese;

stir until cheeses melt. Add potatoes; stir gently to mix. Place in greased

2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
