Cauliflower Pickles
2 pound cauliflower
2 sweet red peppers
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 cup salad oil.
Trim cauliflower; break into florets. Put into a large pot; cover with water;
bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Drain and pack into 3 hot sterilized pint
jars. Cut red peppers into thin rings; mix with remaining ingredients;
pour into hot sterilized jars; seal at once.
