Brunswick Stew

 

1 ( 14oz ) can diced tomatoes

2 cups cooked okra

1 (8 1/2 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained

8 fully cooked smoked sausage, cut in 1/4 inch pieces

2 cups prepared chicken or pork in barbecue sauce

1 cup dried elbow macaroni

1 (14 oz) can chicken broth

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

In a dutch oven, combine undrained tomatoes, okra, corn, sausage, chicken, macaroni, chicken broth, 1/2 cup water, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring frequently.

Serve immediately.
