Broiled Pork Chops
Six boneless pork loin chops, cut1/2" thick
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 1/4 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon Worcestershire shoes sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Pierce chops with a fork. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients;
spoon over both sides of chops. Place in a broiler pan and broil 4 to 6 inches
from heat for four minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
