Blueberry Brunch Cake

1 cup flour

1/3 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 cups blueberries

1/4 cup flour

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup choppen pecans

3 tbsp soft butter

Combine first 4 ingredients and saet aside. Combine egg, milk, oil and lemon juice;

add to dry ingredients. Mixing well. Pour batter into greased 8" square pan.

Sprinkle with blueberries. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over berrries.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

I like to use SPLENDA brand sugar substitute in place

of the granulated sugar, to reduce the calories in this pie.
