Beefy Rice
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 tbsp butter
1 can beef consommé
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup raw regular rice
In a saucepan, cook onions in butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Makes about 2 cups of rice.
